Foreman from Peralta fight v Witherspoon from Ratcliff bout who would have won?

Just started watching these two fights that I taped, both were up and coming and very slim compared to their primes, specifically Tim, Foreman weighed 213 against Peralta and looked a lot quicker than how he is described in the 70`s he also looked more skilled than Spoon did v Alonso but could this green Foreman have beaten a 24 year old Spoon? (side note: how scared was Alonso v Tyson when they met? lol)
