Humanly, you can't really throw punches much harder than George is there. He's throwing them from the floor, surreal.
Foreman's best performance and probably his best win (since I believe Frazier was a depleted fighter when Foreman got to him). Huge punches, accurate too.
Is it just me, or does Foreman seem to flinch after that right uppercut connects - almost like, "Oh, that HAD to hurt!"
The Foreman of 1973/74 was a Bad Ass monster. Only the great Muhammad could master him at that point in time.
Rocky would of found a way! Scary thing is, some people actually believe that, lol. (Anyone who does believe it, should never be allowed to breed)
For some perverse reason, and God knows I have a world of like for Ken Norton, I've always enjoyed the hell out of this performance by Foreman...absolutely one of my favorite knockouts...
Only a man with the mental and body toughness of Muhammad Ali could handle this version of George Foreman.
First of all another amazing post. I have never seen that angle and it is brutal. Well done .. Foreman was a monster.
