Wherever he goes, there's gonna be George Foreman, right in his face. Somebody got to pay for all that nice weight I lost. I like to eat. I'm prettier slim but I'm happier fat. If I can ever afford it, I'm gonna eat all I want and I'm gonna be very fat. He gonna have to pay me for making me stay slim." https://www.reddit.com/r/Boxing/com...amp&utm_medium=&utm_content=comments_view_all
Uh yes you reduce your weight, hopefully marbling off pure fat, to be this thing called "in shape" to increase stamina, speed and efficiency. An age old tradition of boxers really, in fact it used to be the only acceptable form of becoming in shape until announcers started accepting ModernFatâ„¢ for Heavyweights by saying they purposefully came in out of shape and slobbish because it "helps their power"
