Don't remember... Think I had it a one point fight. Can't remember for whom though.

If only George had sat down and let them work on his face. ****ing idiot. :-(

The scoring was correct. The fight could have easily been a draw. George deserved a slight edge for his aggression and knockdowns but he took a shellacking.

I wonder how hard Foreman trainded for this fight? He seemed to tire out pretty fast; he was huffing and puffing by the third round. And even though he weighed about his usual fighting weight, he seemed flabbier and looser than normal. Imagine what would have happened to Foreman if it had been Lewis or Bowe sharing the ring with him that night!!!!

Foreman's face was a mess after this fight. I have not seen this one in a while. It was close. Stewart might have edged it.

It could go either way, Stewart's braveness was unbelivable and I understand you and others that gave him the nod

    Good post. :thumbsup

BUT - this version of old Foreman could still one-punch-KO anyone if he hit them with a maximum power bomb on the chin - even teh iron-chinned Lennox Lewis.

Beat teh **** out of Foreman?? - nobody can do that to any version of Big George. It was a slugfest war, not a beat-down.
Foreman did knockdown Stewart twice, so he deserved the win.

Like he one punch KO'd Frazier right? Foreman never one punch KO'd anyone of note.
