Huge event coming up at Yankee Stadium ... who do you like ? Does a damaged Cotto have the skills and drive to defeat Foreman ?

Very difficult fight stylistically for Cotto. Hes shorter and is fighting a good mobile taller boxer at a higher weight class. Everything is stacked against him even if he is the better fighter. Im not so sure this fight shows anyone whether Cotto is shot or not, because I dont anticipate him taking a lot of punches, but it will showcase his boxing ability and ability to cutoff the ring and score points. I see a points decision either way. The guy who establishes his game wins the fight. Not sure who wins, but I think Cotto's boxing skills are vastly underated so I see him having a very good chance.

Big George is way too big, age regardless. Total mismatch. Cotto gets slaughtered by any version of a great heavyweight. Why has this even been sanctioned? Damn, Bob Arum, throwing fighters into the lion's den, doesn't care about their safety at all...

I think Cott's in-fighting might neutralis Foreman's jab and grab IF Cotto isn't to far gone.

Daniel Santos hits pretty good. I dont think Foreman has been tested too much at the elite level, but he clearly has good technical boxing skills, and the advantages he has in height and reach he puts to good use, which is going to make it difficult for the shorter, smaller Cotto.

I don't think Yuri Foreman is going to be too much of a problem for Miguel personally.

I would welcome that actually. Cotto seems to be fading and Foreman is a coming man, all be it without an exciting style. But i'll never happen, look at the beatings he absorbed from Pac and a likely-tooled-up Margarito.

If Foreman beats him down, people will definitely say Cotto was washed up because of his recent losses.

That's boxing today, lose and the next person to beat you gets no credit.

George knocks him out brutally and Miguel gets an autographed Foreman Grill for his troubles.
