You're right... but he would knock Wlad out with that wild swinging style. 100% guarunteed :deal Vitali...? Hard to say... might be another Foreman vs Lyle. :yikes
You guys are forgetting what Ron Lyle did against the 70's Foreman. What makes you think Vitali couldn't do the same? Plus Vitali's chin is better that Lyle's.
Forget this **** about old Foreman or young Foreman. Hell old Foreman would beat Vlad and geib Vitali fits. Olf Foreman against old Vitaly and old Vlad would destroy then again. The question is prime versus prime at HW. Foreman destoys both of them! They can't defend worth a damn. No footwork and the height amn d weight would mean nothing against George.
It's not like Foreman was a defencive genius himself. Especially prime ( young ) Foreman was wide open when he punched. And I think when Wlad lands clean punches he punches harder then Foreman. And Vitali is very heavy handed also. Let me put it this way. If I had the chance to gamble on this match for death or 10.000.000 dollars I would not dare to do it since it could easy go either way.
Oddly enough, that's why I give that version a much better chance against Wlad- Wlad's a ***** to try and outbox, but if someone goes balls to the wall to pressure him, there's always the chance that a big puncher like Foreman could catch him and KO him. I don't think it'd be near the sure bet people make it seem like (mainly because I'm not sold on young Foreman's chin- it got better once the old version put the weight on) and the current conservative, patient Wlad would still get the UD if George couldn't stop him, but I like a style like that the crack Wlad's D better than if old George were going to try and outbox him and wait for his shot. Take Sam Peter- when he was a brawler, he at least landed some shots on Wlad. If he were to try to take the boxing approach he tried to adapt to later on after the Wlad fight, I doubt he'd have landed much at all. As far as old George goes...I don't even see that being competitive. George had to compensate for lack of movement by capitalizing on his size advantage, and he holds neither of those two vs the Klitschko's, although Vitali utilizes less movement and stays in front of his man more. Wlad would circle and jab him like a matador for the entire fight. With Vitali, there'd be some more exchanges.
george foreman was not a good boxer. He was a big swinging puncher. The Klitschkos would beat him, lets be honest.
No it hasn't. Fighters are worse as most of them don't have any idea about how to box. As far as who would win between Foreman and the Klits though...I don't know.... But boxing definitely has not improved.

Foreman vs Vitali woul be a mad sluggfest with faoreman landing the bigger bombs. No one punches harder than prime Foreman
I don't really like the Klitschkos but I think they would have given Foreman trouble. They have decent defense and movement, and can get away from punches. Foreman's face, however, is there to be hit. I don't think his power alone or wild punches can get him past the Klits; I think he would need more head movement, speed, and shorter punches. I would say tough fight with Wlad, but Vitali disposes of big George and knocks him the **** out.
Wasn't Foreman the 1968 Olympic Heavyweight Champion? SO its not like he did not have any skills, the comparisons to Sam Peter are a joke.
Good point. Foremans skills were under appreciated. He beat some top boxers when he was younger and in his 2nd coming
