I was just rewatching the Tyson vs Douglas fight. Yes, Tyson was not property trained and focused. Even so, what was the deciding factor for me was Busters uppercuts stopping Mike from closing the distance.

If Mike could be stopped by Busters uppercuts, imagine him going straight at George. I don't think he would last nearly as long. Old George in 5-7, Young George in 3.

Tyson would eat Foreman's children. Or, was it his ears?

    :huh

Anyway, Tyson would do something, let me tell you. :yep

Thanks for a fresh take on things, OP.

Next, I shall do Ali vs Marciano for an encore

foreman has too good of a chin to be stopped by tyson. He has every conceivable advantage besides speed. The peekaboo style even with all the different tweeks could never fully defend the uppercut or the body shots for that matter.

I cant conceive tyson winning this fight unless he can outbox foreman for 15 rounds

Foreman and Liston are the absolute worst match up for Tyson aside from possibly Holyfield. I couldn't see Tyson beating a 1964 Liston let alone a peak Foreman.
