He was outboxed and outworked by Moorer close to getting stopped due to a swollen eye, yet still manages to knock out moorer with the first clean right he lands...
Guess thats pretty good for an 45 year old guy....

This is one of those fights where the mythology doesnt match reality. Yes Moorer won nearly every round before the KO but they were competitve rounds he wasn't outclassing Foreman like so many claim. Same goes for Foreman vs Holyfield that was also a close fight.

Like I would have written it myself. In both of these fights, Foreman was a constant threat, and did hit them quite good in every single round. But he did not land enough punches to be competetive on points.

And the relaxed nature of the last punch vs Moorer shows what kind of power he had.

Evander on his FB page, he said that Foreman clearly was the heaviest puncher he ever met.

Punches didn't even look that hard, still  how he was getting beat from pillar to post, stayed up on his feet, and pulls out quick and deceptively powerful 1, 2's that was able to drop the fresh Champ, who was cruising to one of his best performances.

One of a kind power, one of a kind champ, shame he retired early, Foreman would and already should be the GOAT HW.

Looking at the story, it's the greatest win in the history of the sport.

People dont understand how far Foreman was ahead of the 90's generation, he come back fat and out of shape like he rolled off of the couch, sleeping dudes left and right, had a great match with Evan Fields and had him on ***** street a few times, destroyed Moore, robbed vs Briggs:patsch
