I dont know but the place that Hypes fight states they can confirm that the offer was indeed sent out to Pacquiaos people..... I dont think they would write that if there was no truth behind it that would put the source in a very rough spot and I highley doubt they would risk that.

this offer would also explain why Floyd turned down 65 Million, it only makes sense if there is more money through another offer. if this turns out to be the truth in the next couple of days or weeks and Manny has declined the forum is going to be a fun place...
