Forget bringing back 15 rounds, bring back 45

    Jesse Willard knocked out Jack Johnson in round 26 in a fight scheduled for 45 rounds. They obviously didnt give a toss about the boxers health back in the 1900's

    Had that been still the case we would have seen:-

    Will > Skill
    Hence giving more slugfests.

    This would have given fighters like

    Maidana, Froch, Chisora, would have been kings of their divisions.

    Imagine how bad the Briggs-Vitali fight would have went if it was scheduled for 45 rounds..

    How about 110 rounds. Andy Bowen vs Texas Jack Burke had a 110 round fight in 1893. Which hilariously ended in a no contest

    Just because you got no skill or heart to be able to even imagine a 45 rounder dont need to go around calling others bellend.

    Today we have fighters who have got the heart to do a 45 rounder, and would have had a bigger chance of winning them.

    As pointed out, Margarito would have been deadly in a 45 rounder.

    Had Lennox Lewis vs Vitali Klitscko had taken place back in the barbaric 1900's Vitali would have won by KO in the 17th round after looking like:-

    Margarito would end Floyd's career in this type of fight.

    However, I'm not so keen on the idea. It'd be fun every now and then, but I'd love to see a return of 15 round fights instead.
