Fury didn't face anyone worth a **** before Wlad Van Winkle and now he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. And don't act like Chisora is special.

You are wrong, mate! Povetkin's name is known, even in China as well as in most european countries not to speak from the countries of the former soviet union.
Joshua is also quite well known outside the UK-far better known than Wilder.Thats for sure!

I think I like Ortiz in this fight. He's a threat to everyone actually.

Wilder is even more WILDLY known in China, Japan and all of Asia than Joshua. The European countries, who cares.

Wilder is better known in Russia than Joshua. Wilder is a WBC HW champion holding a belt.
Joshua is only holding his dic in his hand.

Only Povetkin's mother and father know who he is. He is an unknown, all over the world, except Russia. Russia knows him well due to his name being on the Russian steroid distribution list.

You know there are other countries in the world?

Fury Klitschko drew 11m viewers in Germany alone.
Joshua Whyte 450k PPV in the UK.
Meanwhile Wilder Szpilka gets 500k on showtime. In a country 5 times the size of either.
    YDKSA… anything.

Where is that a mega fight? In Alabama? No one around the glove has ever heard of Ortiz and Wilder. They're both nobodies.

Didn't some redneck Grandma get 2.5m viewers doing a cooking show while Wilders fight was on? You can't make that stuff up, Wilder must be the least popular American HW beltholder in 25 years :rofl:rofl

Germany is so irrelevant that no one outside of Europe really cares to track their numbers.

When Dan Rafael reports fight numbers he could give a shet about Germany viewer numbers and neither do HBO and Showtime.

If 11M Germans watched Fury-Klit, then I'm sure 20M watched Wilder-Szpilka, not to mention Poland.

    Worthless troll attempt. Try harder.

Germany is irrelevant to what? You?

Dan Rafael works for an American company.

Klitschko Fury was on RTL. Why the **** would HBO or Showtime report viewing figures for a different channel?

So you think everyone in Germany wants to watch Klitshko (not even his nationality), everyone in Poland wants to watch Szpilka, and nobody in USA wants to watch Wilder? And that makes Wilder the bigger star?
You're so stupid i'm legitimately impressed.

Germany is irrelevant in what, money making terms? Sven Ottke made a total of $25 million fighting in 'irrelevant' Germany. How much did Andre "Son of Sven" Ward make fighting in the USA? A mere fraction of that.

So yea Germany is irrelevant to you because you can't find it on a map. But dozens of boxers made sizable fortunes there.

    Give it up Junior.
You've contradicted yourself and made a fool of yourself without either trying or realizing it.
Guess what. No one in the US even knows what RTL is or cares. After Vlad is gone RTL has nothing in the HW division.

No I don't realise it. Please point out the contradiction.

I don't know what the main tv channels in Brazil are. Does that mean Brazilian people are irrelevant?

When was the last time a fight had 11m viewers in the US?

yeah. Brazil's viewer ship has no relevance to the discussion.

The only reason Germany was brought up is in reaction to my comparison of Ortiz-Thompson's numbers to Klit-Jennings. That Ortiz's numbers were better than Vlad's ESPN viewer numbers.

Then someone whined, "Waaaahh, but Klit has 10M viewers in Germany..Wahhhh".

Yes. you are right, Brazil is irrelevant as Germany as far as US network boxing is concerned.
