If this does happen I hope Valero is on the undercard fighting someone like Juarez.

... I just hope if pac fights soto and wins I would not hear pac haters say...yeah! right! Pac Won BUT Soto just came from a string of "L's" or somethng to this effect.

My prediction. Pac KO's SOTO in the late rounds!
If Soto Losses by UD only. I'll be impressed with SOTO!

Guzrun sucks, he didnt beat Sotos ass, Soto came out of the fight looking just like he did going in, Guzman has zero power, runs, fades and is a frontrunner. Nothing special.

Campbell will beat his ass or embaress him to the point where he runs for 12 rounds.

The thing I'm scratching my head about is how is a Soto fight getting Pac ready for Hatton, if indeed they're serious about fighting Hatton?

Pac is going to build toward a Hatton fight by fighting fighters moving from the weight he just vacated......I thought this move up from Pac was so that he could measure himself against naturally bigger fighters.

Pac just moved up to 135 lbs, and he's just fought the slowest lightweight in the division, and is about to likely face two 130 pounders in a row in Soto and I would suppose Valero is fighting on the Pac-Soto undercard to get him some exposure so that Pac can fight him next.

JMM, Guzman, and Campbell.....these are the fights that most fightfans want to see Pac face, yet there is'nt even a mention of them by anyone associated with Pac!

Bummer......hopefully GBP's and JMM have the balls to reach out and fight the real lighweights of the division!

Seriously, after JMM disposes of Casamayor, I hope its Campbell next for him!
The time is now for JMM to make a mark that boxing circles cant turn their eye away from!

Soto hit Guzman enough for me to know that he took Soto's shots pretty well.
In fact, Soto who is considered a good puncher at 130 lbs, did'nt even dent Guzman. Guzman just seemed like the physically bigger and stronger fighter.

Soto threw sharp punches, but Guzman's physical strenghth was able to absord Soto's shots without fazing him.

The way I'm reading a possible Pac-Soto match is that Soto's skinny frame lacks the physical strenghth to impose himself on Pac.

Soto will likely have to rely on his sharp shooting boxing skill, but if he cant make a dent on Pac with his arsenal of power shots, I'm afraid Pac's Power/Physical strenghth will just overpower Soto at 135 lbs!

Anybody remember by how much Joan Guzman outweighed Soto at fight time? I think I remember it being by a significant margin. Its going to be the same scenario against Pac.

if pac wants to prepare for hatton, he'd be better off fighting juan diaz or campbell, these guys are big lightweights and could be classified as 140 lbers
