    What's funny is that Paquiao is fighting a way better WW fighter than Floyd has ever fought.

    Mosley is the WW champion until someone beats him, and as neither Pacquiao nor Floyd want a piece of him, they can fight anyone including each other, and Mosley's true welterweight championship will still be untouched.

    I think that's a lil far ahead of yourself. We would have to have the winners of Pac-Cotto face off against Shane-Floyd. I think until then no champ just the no1 in Shane.

    i agree no one can claim as the champ in the near future. It as disrespectful for the winner of pac-cotto if the ring would sanction the ssm-pbf as a title fight.

    in my case, the winner of pac-cotto should be rated as the best welterweight in the world

    I have a feeling it will be Mayweather's straight right landing and outpointing Pacquiao all night if they fight...

    Anyways, to me, Mosley is the #1 WW and I would have rather seen a rematch against Cotto to once and for all decide who the man at WW was. In a perfect world, Pacquiao should've went up against Mayweather and the winner of that fight, go up against the winner of Cotto/Mosley.

    I see what you're saying because Cotto does have the best welter record over current fighters. Shanes record is really right behind his, and with Floyd being the former lineal I would have to put them at the no.1. Either way thats alot of talent, I really hope we get to see both fights with the winners facing off in the spring.:thumbsup

    He KTFO WW champ Margarito who KTFO Cotto so became the true WW champ. Pac chose the easier road for a paper title when he could've picked Mosley for the true WW glory. Learn to live with your guy's choice.

    the winner of pac-cotto should be rated number 1 as mosley would slide to number 2
