**** off, thats not the way titles work. Mosley beat Margarito, now he's to top 147 boxer until somebody beats him, simple as.

Cotto vs Pac will be a great fight, but its all it will do is put one of them in 2nd behind Shane.

It doesn't matter that Cotto beat Mosley before. Just because you previously beat a guy who went onto win a title, doesn't mean you actually have that title.

When its all said and done...Mosley is still the guy champ at 147...Cotto resume being better than Floyd is pointless!

    better at WW? yes

    Overall......:nono

However like someone said it really has to be a slap in the face to Floyd to see Manny fight a welter weight in Cotto....something Floyd has yet to do....my only knock on Floyd is that he has not fought one of the elite welters...i wish he he just fight Cotto because he is in his prime....Mosley is a good fight but people will just say he was not in his prime or was too old...its still a lose lose for floyd in that fight.

Against a man cashing out of his last payday ( Oscar, Hatton, )?

Come on... what next? PAc vs James Toney We should count our blessings that Pac hasn't been hurt yet by going up to 145... These guys are the hungry lions of the day... he's going to get smashed any fight now... I foresee long hospital stays. I'm not even a Cotto hugger but that man hits like a wreckingball!

I picked winner of Cotto / PAC. Cotto already has a win over Mosley ( a razor thin one ) , so If Cotto wins he stays #1 where I already have him. A PAc win puts him at #1.

Yeah, but he asked to fight Cotto at 143, and got 145 lol... Nobody is going to believe PAc is the best ww if he beats Cotto except PAc fans.
