My favorite punch is the left to the body at 6:07 in the video, with 22 seconds left in the round. The fight is almost over and Chavez still commits to the body shots and for me that is the punch that spelled Taylor's doom.

Mad props to taylor for winning this fight even though it was a clear robbery.

here we go again.......did you see taylor fall at the 17 mark....if he would've been ready, he would've been ready to go at the 7 or 6sec mark....do you know how much more damage chavez could've done......

or are you saying that steele should've bent the rules and just let time run out......wtf :huh

Beautiful fight...JCC was accumulating some serious damage throughout the fight, even if he wasn't winning the majority of the rounds.

    Come on bro...

Steele was following the script and so was one of the judges.

He knew how to wave off a fight without making him walk forward.

    Disgraceful robbery.

Dude...having them step forward comes after a KD. WHen a guy is getting pummelled, they have the right to wave it off. Everyone should know that on this site. :huh

This gets overlooked because of the ending, but seriously how the hell did one of the judges had JCC winning.

Is there anyone on this forum willing to agree with Chavez being ahead?

Divac? You had Pea/JCC a clear draw. How did you score this fight?

this kind of sucks cause the thread right away became all about the controversy even though that wasn't the intention. The controversy takes away from the amazing performances that both fighters put in that night.
