Wayne Braithwaite vs. Jean Marc Mormeck That was a great fight, damn near nothing but power shots from both, Braithwaite at the time was on a real high and considered the top guy at CW and Mormeck just basically "Tanked" all over him. Mormeck absorbed a lot of shots and just walked forward and delivered.
sal sanchez vs ruben castillo, the skill level was ridiculous. castillo is so underated historically, he was one hell of a fighter who kept pace with several atg's. undefeated till he faced arguello, then sanchez a couple fights later, i think he was slipping by the time chavez got to him. he proved he belonged in the ring with all those cats.
Monshipour vs Sithchatchawal Pretty sure it was FOTY too, but it falls under the radar today. Monshipour fights in general delivered great action.
benn vs eubank #1! didn't steele stop the fight because he thought both had taken too much punishment?
I really enjoyed last December's John Molina Jr vs Ivan Redkach. Great comeback KO in the 4th by John after looking like he was done for in the 2nd.
As far as I can recall, to this very day this is the only fight that the state commissioner stopped the fight due to damage to both fighters and no winner was declared.
Salido has had his share of crazy fights. Loved his fights with Vargas and Terdsak Kokietgym It's one of my favorite fights, ridiculous action, non stopping combos, great finish... Fantastic fight.
I love juan manuel márquez vs el torito díaz. I really love this fight, and usually it flies under everybody's radar.
