I haven't posted a video forever and don't see the icon to post a youtube vid anymore so I don't know how to embed it. The round I'm talking about is the first round of Michael Moorer vs. Bert Cooper. I had realized that Bert Cooper came within one punch of beating Evander Holyfield for the heavyweight championship, but tonight just realized he also came within a more cautious ref, and a shady ref job, of beating Michael Moorer in the first round for the vacant WBO championship. I wonder if it's ever hard for Bert to realize he was that close a couple times to earning some serious dough. The whole fight is actually pretty good, but the first round is bordering on special because they both go down. Again, sorry I can't post it, but the link is below. Also, please add some other great rounds. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrs65JZzMIk[/ame]
Smokin' Bert Cooper. Always ready to fight, used to take fights on short notice. I met him once...INTERESTING-ASS-DUDE!!!
Round 4 of Adamek-Cunningham is an amazing round, and an amazing fight that gets forgotten due to the fact that it was hidden by all the great fights in 2008, and this fight was late in the year, and it was on Versus.
