top 100 fights in no particular order, or will they be ranked?

 

Victor Ortiz vs Marcos Maidana is the most slept on fight EVER. I get the ending was anti climactic but minute for minute I have never seen a fight with better action

 

Maidana-Ortiz should be in any top 100

 

Nigel benn was a tremendous puncher

 

Mate, they're not all going in, in fact I'd say 1 or 2 are going in. Although I preferred Berto vs Ortiz.

 

They will be ranked. But it's a very long project, so it'll take a while.

Surely Dariusz Michealswki is the best Polish born fight ever?

 

P4P? I don't know, I was torn between those two. Dariusz has a long title run, but Adamek moved up effectively, was a top contender at LHW, CW and HW and has a much better résumé imo. Skills are pretty close too, although I'd have to watch more of Daruisz to make my mind up there.

I'm not very informed on Pole's yet. I'd say Carl Froch (Brit/Pole, obviously) is greater than both, though.

 

Daniel Zaragoza vs Paul Banke 1 & 2. Surprised how this rivalry still gets overlooked, such a brilliant bloody fight from start to finish.

A lot of people seems to only remember Kevin Kelley for his fight with Naseem Hamed but he’s been involved in some hellacious fights prior.
