Lucas Matthysse had also cheated against Humberto Soto by intentionally fouling Soto with 4-5 consecutive illegal rabbit-punches (punched to back of head) against Soto, when Soto had Matthysse hurt and making Matthysse going backwards.

Then, before that, Joan Guzman intentionally cheated against Soto with intentional headbutt and intentional low blow on Soto.
