I dunno what to think of this guy......one minute he's giggling like Scooby-Doo chasing a small guy in a onsie down the street and the next he's trying to lecture people on the societal and political structures(I listened to 2 minutes but agreed with what he said, at least roughly). A very bizarre video but I can see the humour in the first 90 seconds, I am an immature tube though.
