Tank hits harder P4P than Manny or Garcia and what does height have to do with power?

Garcia is clearly the bigger puncher than the 5'05"-5'06" guys, like you said not the hardest puncher in Welter. Danny Garcia effectiveness is in his willingness to set up opponents for his power-punch (at a very high price), paid off good vs Eric Morales, Amir Khan & Brandon Rios

Yes, pacs speed back in the day was what put guys on their asses. Jmm got dropped 3 times and outboxed him for the rest of the fight. That’s a perfect example of pacs speed doing the damage, not so much his power. Of course he can still crack, but Mikey punches with better technique, so he can better hurt you with one punch. Heck, algieri got up like 6 times.

Wrong, as far as fundamentals, there might be a couple others as good as Mikey, but bud ain’t one of them. Buds strength is in his creativity, agility, dimensions, and killer instinct.
Bud is like Lebron, while Mikey is Tim Duncan. It’s mikeys mastery of fundamentals that allows him to compete against guys he really shouldn’t be able to compete against.

The guys at 147 that went the distance with Pac, usually go the distance regardless. While I like Mikey, not sure he has fought long enough at that weight to even suggest he hits harder than Pac...at 147.

Does Barry feel the same in the previous weights, or just Mikey at 147?

For the record we're talking about Mikey Garcia not Danny Garcia, though I think Danny hits harder than Pacquiao as well.

When Mikey Garcia was clearly losing, he used all his skills to cruise to a decision loss. He could have toke the risk & went Ricardo Mayorga on Spence to score a KO or get KOed, but he remembered the fans sadistic glass-chin low-IQ hate threads....He thought to himself, why give the ungrateful fans a great fights....let me cruise it safe & go home count the beans

Since when does outjabbing an opponent mean that fighter is more skilled?

Samuel Peter outjabbed James Toney by a huge margin in their rematch and I'll have you know there isn't a boxing expert from here to Mars that would say Samuel Peter is more skilled than James Toney.

Manny should win this fight with his faster hands, volume, speed and angles but if Mikey can time him with that right hand he could certainly KO Manny. At this point I would favor Manny but Mikey is a very live underdog due to his power and his exceptional timing.

As far as who hits harder? It really doesn't matter since Manny's speed is his power and Mikey's power comes from timing. Both hit harder than f---.

Garcia simply has good timing he isn`t as good as Bud at opening fighters up, Bud is a great switch-hitter and a better counter puncher.

Toney was a lot slower at heavywweight than at middle.

You are just repeating what the last video you watched told you, you don’t understand how what you’re saying actually applies, neither does the guy who made the videos you get this from. First you would need to understand the proper way to deliver and defend each punch, each move, each adjustment, to understand who is doing it text book, and who is relying more on physical advantages.
