    I think it is clear this young man is having a mental breakdown, and sadly in the social media age, we are allowed to witness such an event unfold through video.

    There is another video where he is speaking incoherently as though he is on heavy drugs. I think this is another Tyson Fury situation where onlookers should not mock but rather encourage the person to seek intervention, because clearly it is not normal behaviour.
