Forrest by K.O. 5th RD Forrest tho defo on the decline, still has more than enough to take more than Mora's best. Sergio would need a perfect fight + Forrest bringing his worst to stand a chance.
Forrest by mid rounds TKO. It's a difference of at least 3-4 levels in class. There's nothing Mora could do to win, absolutely nothing. Forrest could beat him with two injured shoulders.
Vernon by systematic destruction. I don't see a KO but I don't see Mora winning more than 2 rounds...and this is on a fading Forrest.
Hmm.. that's an interesting one, I never really thought about that matchup before. I could see a 100% on (injury-free) Forrest outboxing him to a close win, but I would favor Pavlik if they fought now.. he's a huge MW and I see him losing the first few rounds, but eventually overwhelming Forrest, intimidating him and throwing him off his game, then breaking him down. Do you favor anybody over Forrest at 154? I still rate him highly despite his age. He looked pretty damn good in the Picirillo fight and I don't see anyone beating him (Spinks, Alcine, Dziniruk, DLH, Cotto, obviously guys like Kirkland/Angulo).

Dont bring that **** in here ! Forrest would get outworked by Pavlik, he is not as quick as he used to be and your abiity to assess fights in very suspect in my opinion. Remember Ding vs Arslan how did that work out again ?
