Marquez/Katsidis was pretty spectacular.

 

Everyone proves their short term memories in picking Khan/Maidana and Marquez/Katsidis. Honestly, the fight of the year was Segura vs. Calderon, it just seems nobody bothered to watch it.

 

yeah I voted that on another thread, but I misinterpreted it as in biggest fight of the year and fight of the year. I looked at it and voted too quick before I realized what they were asking for

 

do you have any link to that fight? it wasnt shown in britain and couldnt find it on the internet

 

It was pretty ****ing one sided except for the knockdown.

Honestly, the fight embodies Mexico vs. Puerto Rico; young and fresh swarmer vs. master boxer.

 

Add Soto vs Antillon. Its better than at least half that list.

It's tough between those fights. I think Khan - Maidana is a little overrated though. If there was a gun to my head I would probably choose Mares - Darchinyan, but it wouldn't be an easy choice, and any of those fights are worthy of the honour.

 

im just watchin calderon seguro and what seguro obviously lacks in talent he makes up for in pure resiliance and heart lovin it so far
