True but I'm optimistic about them developing into a decent FNF-level mainstay if they can establish a bit of a foothold.

Jacobs vs. Lorenzo and Collazo vs. Sanchez are both examples of very even (and fan-friendly) matchmaking on paper and neither is much worse than a lot of ESPN2's headlining acts.

He technically hasn't, but apparently they are counting his fights in the WSB.

    Round 1

War-ren is circling and popping up that high right jab on the bangs of Gonzalez. Also putting out the southpaw jab, Gonzalez steps around crossing left toe behind right heel. Quick barking combination by War-ren and Gonzalez is down a minute in. Gonzalez circles and ducks, pushing his right jab out defensively. Swatting right hook, down again. War-ren advances, hooks over Gonzalez's head, then leans back with his gloves down and chin pressed down into his chest.

    10-8 War-ren

:yep The cards are fine. Just as long as they keep putting out good cards and people continue to watch the production should get better.

    Ah.

Stupid pro boxing, why can't they just keep everything consistent? :-(

"WSB are strictly amateur bouts despite being under pro rules, they don't count on pro records.

    Wait, yeah they do.

    No, they don't.

    Yeah they do.

    No they don't.

OK. They do but only on FightFax, not on Boxrec...

The promoter is now also going to claim them and pass them on to newfangled TV broadcasters..."

    :wall

...and don't even get me started on Bigger's Better. For a long time all those results counted on tourney participants' records (or in the case of crossover athletes from other combat sports, they counted as their pro boxing debuts). Then everything vanished. :?

    Round 2

War-ren is showing flashes of hand speed walking Gonzalez down. Gonzalez is an unwilling target, chewing up the canvas and holding when they get close. War-ren is walking forward, getting caught a bit with the wide interceptors of Gonzalez. Right hooks traded, both landing. Quick right up-jabs by War-ren until Gonzalez holds.

    10-9 War-ren

    20-16 War-ren

    Round 3

War-ren is jabbing his way in as Gonzalez sets traps for him, crouching back and then leaping in with ambush right hooks. War-ren barks and hammers down with the straightened left and some downward slashing right hooks as Gonzalez windmills from the ropes. War-ren looks a bit cautious now after taking some grazing power shots from Gonzalez. Quick jabs to the bridge of the nose from outside by War-ren.

    10-9 War-ren

    30-25 War-ren

Gonzo is actually doing the right stuff to make War-ren uncomfortable.

He may as well go bat-**** and hope to get in a lucky strike.

    Round 4

War-ren is letting Gonzalez draw him into brawls on the ropes. War-ren is leaning back and evading some punches with head movement but Gonzalez is getting dangerously close. War-ren pushes Gonzalez across the ring with quick right jabs from a pace out. Quick combo by War-ren as Gonzalez is loading up haymakers on him, and Gonzalez is down.

    10-8 War-ren

    40-32 War-ren
