I just find it funny that people were saying Lomachenko was too small to fight Crawford before Crawford moved up to welter. Crawford is 5'8. Lomachenko is 5'7. Rigondeauxis 5'3 at most. Yet he can move up two weight classes no problem to fight Lomachenko.
Mares said the same thing about Rigo. And said Santa Cruz wouldn't have a chance against him either. No wonder these guys have to move up.
So unusual for a fighters to admit something like this. Of course the usual suspects have to go off on some tangent spewing about Crawfish and Rigoblin when the thread had nothing to do with either. Durrrr....Prime Ali whooooops Lomo, durrrrrr.......
Fair play to Frampton, brutally honest and I agree with him. Also it just confirms in my mind why Frampton Vs Rigo never happened, it was never about Rigo being "boring" or "not a draw". Rigo at that point in time would have made Frampton look ridiculous.
Never had Ward up 6-0 on Kovalev, but it didn't matter anyway, because Ward beat him into submission and ruined your week in doing so.
