So why has he gone and signed with Fish eyes then!!! Ridiculous argument cos unless Carl has never used the internet or ever read a paper or spoke to anyone in the business then he is one dumb isiot moving to FW.

I have very little sympathy for the situation Frampton finds himself in.

Instead of stabbing Eddie Hearn in the back he would have done well to pay attention to Hearn's warnings about the conflict of interest by signing for an individual who wears both hats of a manager and promoter.

It turns out McGuigan has previous form for running a company in to the ground and it doesn't surprise me at all in the childish way he and his family carry themselves.

Now to save face, Frampton has signed with another promoter who has had a few disagreements with fighters in the past.

Frampton and his arrogant attitude has got everything he asked for.

You would have thought he would have requested a reference from Terry Marsh, Joe Calzaghe or Ricky Burns

I actually don't think we will see Frampton anywhere near the level of the 1st LSC fight.

He is in the Tony Bellew, Kelly Brook, Amir Con and David Haye Club - all they want is a final PPV then off they sail.

Remember Carl hasn't got all his eggs in one basket career wise. Isn't he attached to MTK too? If so....
Having MTK in his corner may have given him the confidence to go with warren. MTK are alleged to have long arms and deep pockets and are ....allegedly of course.....Carl may feel his MTK backers are not the sort of people whose client (Carl) you would even try to rip off, never mind actually do it.

I personally think he should have went with Hearn. He said he went with who offered best deal.

Why are people digging up old court cases about Warren as if Frampton or any of his current fighters are in danger of not being paid?

There have been no issues since Burns about 5 years ago and that was way before he was a player again with BT.

Calzaghe was hardly an angel in the Situation as the judge pretty much said - plus frank and joe have long since patched things up.

And Let’s also not forget that Warren actually won his case against Burns.

Frampton and MTK have gone with Warren so MTK can be pretty much be in control of the operation. They are only really using Warren / BT as the promotional vehicle.

The thing is decisions have consequences. Nobody put a gun to his head to sign as company director. Both sides to the story.

Allegedly rumour has it from a few fighters in the circuit there has still been very very very late payment issues so doesn’t seem your 5 year quote is correct.

All is relative here. The late late payments alude to the fact that some fighters are not getting paid for 2 or 3 months, where with hearn you would be paid in a couple of weeks.
Theres a couple of things going on here. Firstly it is the responsibility of the fighters managers to get the contracts checked over by experienced legal teams. These managers should get pay by dates written into the contracts.
Secondly i would assume that the deal frank has with bt, he will be getting instalments of that deal say every year. So he has to do the best he can with that money. If a number of boxers purse adds up to 1mil and he takes 3 month to pay them, then theres quite a bit of interest made there.
Im not saying this is right thing to do but its the way a lot of buisnesses conduct themselves
