Look at the way he moves, same as Mayweather. It was like watching Money May in that ring tonight. What a class fighter. He will destroy Rigo you mark my words.

It was obvious he was going to school Quigg, said it years ago. Took him to the Irish Floyd school of boxing. Absolute clinic.

He will never be defeated, just like the man himself.

C'mon guys, he's an undefeated, unified world champ and solid number two in his division behind a p4p rated former Olympic great. His resume is currently much better than One Time's too.

Let's give him a little bit more credit.

Well, yeah, that reads better than 1-Time's credentials, but a) comparison with Thurman isn't really an insult and b) let's also not stray too far in the other direction. I think comparison with Mayweather is giving him a little too much credit.

So who'd inbetween Thurman and Mayweather? Bradley? When he was unified at 140 anyway and I'm sure Frampton will now be looking to move up.

As an aside I think Thurman is the new Mike Jones, so I do see it as a bit of a slight on the Irishman.

Ah, no way - Bailey exposed Jones before he could even bag a world title.

Keith is now 6-0 (4) in world title bouts - if you count interim, 2-0 (1) even if you don't - and still undefeated and has better names on his resume than Jones ever did.

:deal What IB said Sugar, I'm a big fan of The Jackal's but he's no Mayweather, but Thurman is no schlub and its not meant as an insult.

I don't count interim titles anymore than any of the other nonsensical belts the organised conjure up and a beating a faded ghost and collazo didnt really prove anything. Title or not, he's still there to be exposed at world level welterweight boxing IMO.

Not only that, I looked at both Frampton and Thurman's resumes and I don't see a big difference in comp at all.
