Sorry geezer, but that ain't how it works.

You and your mate Len questioned me, so lets have the facts ?

I want you to explain why you need to stand up straight and breath properly.

But that ain't gonna happen, because the pair of you haven't a clue what you're talking about.

Was Joe trying to help Scot recover, or were they " training ".

Interesting program. The thing I take from it more than anything is Quigg sees boxing as a fitness test with gloves on. He talks mainly about how hard he works, his conditioning. That's not a negative and he clearly embraces a tough regime more than Frampton. But look at Carl when he mentions sparring, his eyes light up. Quigg is an athlete who happens to box, Frampton is a fighter who knows he has to be an athlete to succeed. A subtle but possibly decisive difference.

Shane Maguigan makes Joe Gallagher look like the most down to earth person in boxing.

Frampton makes Quigg look like an idiot. Its uncomfortable viewing watching Quigg speak and very cringey.

Also quiggs entire self esteem seems to come from who he is as a boxer, Frampton doesn't seem to have that which is why I could see quigg mentally struggling for a bit after losing, far more than Frampton after a loss

Still waiting on you to spill the beans on this one Len, genuinely curious

What scientific benefits does standing up straight have?

Doubling over as Quigg was doing compresses your chest/abdomen and impedes breathing.
A trainer wort his salt wouldve corrected Quigg.
Shame really since Gallagher is Irish and I would like to see better from him.
This is very much an Irish-v Irish contest- trainer v trainer - isnt it really when you think about it?
