Looking forward to hearing Fast Eddie backtrack on his interest in Frampton..''well you know, Kugs the deal just wasn't right blah blah blah'' Great news for Warren/BT
Unreal boost for BT and boxnation, great signing, could easily get the selby fight for next summer at Windsor park.
Great signing for them I just hope he doesn't get paid by cheque. If I was them I would sign Selby and keep the belt between Selby, Warrington and Frampton. Not saying that's right tactic for boxing as a whole but it is if they are your fighters.
Doesnt need too. Watch his interview when Warrington left matchroom. Frampton would of been a good addition for Matchroom and Sky but not a deal breaker. They have enough to get by without Frampton. Good signing for BT. They need more star power.
A clean cut one to... BJS and the fury’s. (Assuming they will still do business) come with a certain amount of baggage... Dubois and Yarde just arnt there yet.
No course it's not the end of the world for Matchroom but Hearn went out of his way to declare that he wanted to promote Frampton again and would be sticking in an offer. He lost out to Frank on this occasion - and he won't won't like it.
Considering Warren's consistent record of screwing his fighters over in regards to payment and continually being in some course of litigation I'd wonder who on earth would want to do business with him these days. I'm actually amazed more genuine competition for Matchroom hasn't emerged due to how bad the rest are.
Says he’s going to fight in Belfast before Xmas, wonder who that’ll be? http://www.belfastlive.co.uk/sport/...s-new-promoter-13666296#ICID=sharebar_twitter
Terrible move for Frampton, great for Warren/BT/Boxnation. A little bewildered that Carl chose this route tbh. He's putting, either, ego or a rush for immediate dividends in the way of good sense I think (from a slightly longer term perspective at least). I'm convinced that Eddie could/would have put on a huge show for Frampton next summer, in combination with a big fight for Ryan Burnett, at Windsor Park. Whatever. Prepare now to see Frampton blend into a sea of mediocrity, BJS/Flanagan style.
