Carl really needs to stop with all the bitterness.

He said Quigg was a paper champion.

He said LSC was a fraud who'd beaten nobody.

Now he wants to be regarded as a P4P fighter on the back of these two wins ?

He chose to be Irish.

He chose to let a circus side show promote him.

Hearn could of made Frampton a household name.

I don't rate him p4p but Degale has an argument for being the top 168lber out there.

 

I'd say most of them are reasonably legit. The only ones I would call paper champs are Joshua, Saunders and possibly Liam Smith (I will revise that assessment if he beats Canelo).

 

I don't think he won either of those fights "thoroughly", though he was a deserved winner. The Quigg fight was also at a different weight to that at which he is now champion. But Frampton is unarguably legit at 126 and I don't see how anyone could claim otherwise. 122 was a different matter.

Well ok, but as I say who else has beaten quigg and lsc? Two bigger guys in their prime. Undefeated. Lsc fight was in the USA. Quigg fight in England. Face it, Carl delivered the goods both times. He can't be denied.
