Public workout at Victoria square at 1pm tomorrow (Wednesday) and weigh-in at the Ulster Hall at 1pm on Friday for anyone who works or lives in bfast and is interested. Also, without wanting to start off the whole Irish/N Irish / British thing again... fighters usuually have their national anthem at world title fights....I assume Frampton won't because "it's Northern Ireland"... or maybe he'll have Danny Boy like Barry used to

Tell that to Africa and South America.

I think you mean geography rather than the science of rocks. By your logic, Portugal is Spain really

Anyway lets leave out the whole politics thing and just get on with enjoying the fight!

Im finding it hard to give a good explanation as to how kiko can perform any better than he did in 1st fight.
The only way i can see him increasing his chances, lencoreastside has already pointed them out.
You then have to factor in the spectre of the knockout which usually brings caution to a fighters atitude when he gets back in the ring with his foe, which is an attribute kiko isnt used to having. How will kiko deal with this.?
Frampton may capitalise on this and go for an early stopage
Although you cannot rule kiko out the smart money goes on frampton by k.o.
    Cant wait for this fight.

Indeed. Normally when you have a guy facing a man he already beat, people tend to lose interest a bit. I think the thing about this fight that makes it so exciting is that we have 2 huge punchers fighting for a world title. Plus the "revenge" factor for Kiko.

Since they last fought they have both won all their fights by stoppage.
    Literally ANYTHING can happen.

Same fight as before, tough, close and both men doing well.

But i think Frampton wins by stoppage a little earlier this time.

I favor Carl to win but it won't be easy. I expect the rematch will be tougher than the first fight.

The first fight was a close one until Kiko was iced in the ninth. He was starting to fade, getting desperate chasing Carl, and jumped into that monster right. But until then they both got a Beating: Carl got a perfored eardrum, etc...

Some things have changed since then: activity. Carl has fought 8 rds in 18 months. Kiko has fought about 23 rds in the same period. Before his first war Kiko had problems with his management and trainer. After the Martyrosian fight he put that show with Dougie Curran in july and then there was a 7 month layoff. Carl fought four times in 2012.

Kiko is training now with Gabriel Sarmiento. I'm not fool on him, I don't believe in him, but he has a name and it's supposed to be a better trainer than his brother. Maybe he can fix some things from the first fight: cut the ring better, find a way to punish Carl if he bends under the waist line again, improve Kiko's accuracy by setting his shots better, keep his guard up.

All those things could change the outcome of the fight, so I think that this is a really interesting one.
