If Casey gets that fight, would be his second completely undeserved WBA title shot

Would be in Sky's interest to have him on though. They keep talking about Quigg/Frampton but your casual fan has no idea who Quigg is and haven't seen him fight.

This coming from the guy who was going mental because Groves-DeGale didn't happen when they were both 9-10 fight pros??

Quigg-Frampton is a fight for the very near future. Neither guy is good enough for a world title to be a certaintity let alone both of them and PPV at super bantamweight is a hell of a hard sell anyway.

Yep same guy. Like you say he's not that good despite a nice looking record and high ranking (WBC 4, WBA 3, IBF 3).

Just would be a good sell in Belfast. Maybe even stick it in Dublin to sell Frampton to that market.

Was nervy as hell that! Thats what you want though. Awesome by Frampton. Power is essential for making fighters like Kiko back off.

 Shocking how high up he is, TBH Martinez i don't rate that high yet he's above good names as well. Bakhtin would lose to Quigg as well and TBH i'd of fancied Rendall's chances.

Dyo know what's really ****? Next domestic card on Sky is in a month :-( (They've got Rees/Broner next week and a Prizefighter week after).

I thought Bakhtin looked quite tidy last time I saw him. A good, stand-up Eurofighter but without much pop, definately a winnable fight for Frampton.

To be honest, Frampton answered a lot of questions tonight.

Still a bit to go.before hitting the big time, but he looked well tonight and dealt with a strong, tricky relatively high level operator well.

    9/10 tni.

He impressed me more than ever before. I felt he hurt Martinez frequently and from an early stage.

In fairness we were supposed to get Rees vs Broner and Brook vs Alexander.

Agree. 2-3 fights and he will be ready for a world title. Not Donaire/Rigo but a beltholder.
