Huge respect for Warrington. Hats off, this guy is a lot better than I thought.

    Proper fighting man.

Well done Frampton. I'm expecting him to retire now, I don't think he is as good as what he was and don't expect him to want another fight like that.

Totally agree. Warrington was an absolute unit, and his movement and game plan were unbelievable. Completely outfoxed and out-fought Frampton.

The only thing that might tempt Frampton into the ring again is Santa Cruz and a bag full of cash. And here's a thought, might Santa Cruz finally decide he's 'ready' for the trilogy after seeing that tonight?

It may sound strange but Frampton looked “aching” in the post fight interview. Obviously boxers are hurt after a fight but he appeared aching from his forehead to his toes.

I think he massively underestimated Warrington. Truly he believed that he couldn’t lose to a boxer with no punch and that he had the ring smarts to outdo him.

If Franpton is financially set for life you won’t see him in again, certainly not with Warrington.
He took a beating tonight. Did not look good after that one and added a LOT of miles.

He's said he was looking to big fights next year to set him for life. So i suspect he has to carry on. He's got a lawsuit with Cyclone to sort out too.

Gotcha. If that’s the case then he’ll be back in so. It’s a shame to do it purely for the wedge as he looked to have a lot beaten out of him last night.

Realistically who’s a big fight Frampton wins, makes big money and doesn’t take a beating in?

Another L with the bookies as I thought Frampton would have the timing and stamina to deter Josh. Again, credit to Warrington, brilliant fighter and a remarkable rise through the levels.

Sadly, The fire has burnt out inside of Frampton.

Is it that people more underestimate his father? For a fat geezer you would expect to see in the local social club, he has got his tactics perfect in two huge fights.

Galahad is too fresh for Frampton. There's no way Frampton would get in the ring with him.

Yes there is the potential money fight with Santa Cruz. It will all come down to finances I suppose.

Talking of predictions I can't think of a night were I picked so many wrong. Congratulations to Warrington and Frampton on a great fight. I am someone who is guilty of writing Josh off and clearly wrongly. Like you say it's educated pressure, with fast ever improving footwork. For me he is a genuine top 3 or 4 British ppv fighter at this moment in time.

    Want to see Frampton retire.

Quality boxer, one of may favourite fighters but he is too small for this division.

Quality boxer but his height and reach are big disadvantages and don’t think his power carries up.

At times he was landing some excellent shots and getting the first punch off in some exchanges but stayed there too long and Warrington kept coming back strongly.

Frampton showed a lot of heart to last 12, looked a near certainty to get stopped in round 2.
