We were all making presumptions that Frampton is just as big.

    Brilliant fight.

Can't believe people were saying this wouldn't be a good fight and be a boring watch! Quality stuff

Really? He's said enough times he wouldn't give him the payday.
Galahad is the IBF mandatory so it's irrelevant anyway.

Enjoyable fight, well done to Warrington. Frampton will take a break, but I think he'll fight a couple more fights. He's still fairly young.

Do You know how long I've been waiting to hear that been said on here?
I've always said Josh is a work in progress and his matchmaking has been great but I knew all along he was capable of great things.

I’m a big fan of fighters who can work on the inside, it’s an absolute joy to watch when it’s done well. Heads together, tucked in, tying an arm up on blind side of the ref, untying your own arms at the same time and ploughing those upper cuts and hooks in to the head and body, slipping and sliding. It’s gruelling but it is so skilful. I think Shawn Porter’s another that does it well. Some people think it’s ugly and just them swarming an opponent but it’s beautiful to watch imo.

I sure did underrate him. Can't call it a fluke two times in a row, hopefully no more of this "Selby was drained" or "Frampton was finished" talk now, deserves every bit of praise he gets, the guy is in fact class and not many saw it coming. I'm a fan moving forward and am pretty much in awe of his work rate, and think his skills are better than credited to him also.

Its hard to take I'm so disappointed for Frampton, it says a lot that he seems truly gutted though, no excuses, great camp etc, Warrington beat a fully prepped Carl Frampton.

He can go wipe this division clean and I can't wait until him and LSC gets made (just hope nothing stands in the way of it). That's a great fight and I certainly now think I'd give Warrington the edge in it, never gonna doubt him again!

I really can’t see Carl Frampton coming back, but if he is going to it can’t be another long layoff like he had before. Yes, that was due to other things but it killed his momentum coming off the back of the LSC loss. He was starting from the bottom again. If LSC really is what he’s after, Frank Warren isn’t going to be the one to deliver it. Love or loathe him, but I think only Hearn could deliver it.

In all honesty, I didn’t rate Warrington either before this fight. Totally changed my mind however. His conditioning was absolutely top drawer, amongst other things. I hope he goes on to huge success.

    Oh ye and maley.
You have said the same for years. Each time Josh fought you were backing him.

I've followed him closely since he beat our kid for English. Saw something that night that I don't see often on small hall shows. Our kid pushed him hard but lost fair and square. Every time his stepped up his upped his game and got the w. His dad is a great bloke to.
