You sure about his “ boxing abilities “ . Don’t confuse high speed aerobics with great boxing. He is the energizer bunny of boxing but is the quality there? Maybe what he does has worked against lower tier opponents but don’t think Carl can’t solve him. Generating more heat than light isn’t great boxing. Selby was completely drained and has no power anyway. Carl can crack and won’t be weight-weakened like Lee was.

You could be right mate. I think both fighters will have their successes, I think it will be close 7-5 kind, depends what kind of things you like (judges perspective) of fight, maybe even a draw on one scorecard.

I have no leaning towards either, I enjoy both fighters :)

What’s different about this fight is that josh will be getting hit back....

I think Frampton's crisp shots will win him the fight but Warrington's work rate makes all the rounds competitive. 9-3 Frampton.

Len, there's things I could teach Carl about boxing, simple boxing basics.
so he does need teaching how to box "better".
A fighter should always be looking to improve. I know Josh does!

He just needs a guy to tweak a few things. He doesn't need to be taught from scratch. That said Jamie is nobody's fool or yes-man. I think he is perfect for Carl at this stage of his career. Anyway I hope you still manage to have a nice Christmas after the fight.. ..:)

I always underestimate Warrington and Frampton is getting on a bit, that being said, I'd say it goes the distance, split decision Frampton, but close. Will definitely be watching this over Whyte Chisora.

    More straight talking from Carl.
Knock frampton out? Warrington must be dreaming. He couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding FFS!

You're forgetting this is a boxing match. .... .A boxing match....and Carl is a far better boxer. .. ...warrington is unproven at this level. Completely unproven. About to get exposed on 22nd.

An unproven world champ who beat the world champion who defended his title 4 or more times. He didn't win a vacant title and was the under dog in the fight. give the lad some credit. Fair enough u think Frampton wins but Warrington is no mug and will come to win. Every question asked of him his stepped up so far in his career.

I do give him credit. I’m just not overrating him that’s all. But you can’t deny his two best wins are very dubious. Kiko was shot and far too small. Selby was a pale shadow of his best. The people saying Carl is past his best and josh will beat him are the ones not giving credit. I have to favor the proven world class operator here, Carl Frampton. The real quality lies with Frampton. A great fight for josh after losing to Frampton would be Scott Quigg. Be an all action fight. Or kid Galahad but team josh might be a bit nervous of the kid....

Galahad is mandated to fight the winner.
Frampton has history of vacating when Galahad is made mandatory. Warrington wouldn't vacate.

Josh has beat him twice yes in the ams so I don't see why they wud b nervous about fighting kid. And josh won't vacate wen he beats Frampton. Frampton dropped commonwealth and European title wen kid was mandatory. Not saying his scared of the fight but his alreadys said he won't give him a payday.
