No-one think Carl's stamina may be an issue here? Think Josh is too big to knock out, also applies a lot of pressure and will make Frampton work. Carl seems to like his food and beer away from training camps and not sure how comfortably he makes weight.
Warrington says stuff like this because he is insecure about his lack of power, it is as simple as that. His attitude was great in the Selby fight.
Insecurities aren't good. Josh gives off an aura of self doubt... ..as if he doesn't really believe in himself. He has deep rooted doubts eating away at him. Carl by comparison is very self assured. He is a man clearly at ease with himself and what he has achieved .. .and will achieve again.
Getting really excited about this fight the closer it gets. I’m leaning more and more towards Warrington...I think it’s going to be a razor sharp decision at the end. I just feel that even if Frampton wins, Warrington will push it so close they’ll be calling for a rematch. Frampton’s elite, but he’s got the finishing line in sight and a couple more fights in mind to finish in 2019...dangerous talk that. Hope you enjoy the fight lads. The undercard is awesome. I’ll try and grab Whyte v Chisora on YouTube later but for this i’m going for Warrington by decision.
Jesus Christ, have you booked a room for you and Carl after? Seriously though I've always rated Frampton highly, I still think he is more naturally talented than Warrington however I think he may be physically and mentally less than he was, maybe he has stopped drinking for the past year but also maybe it is too late an effort. Warrington has always been better than he gets credit for, he is limited for sure, only a few tricks up his sleave but he executes them well. In terms of attitude and mental frame I think Warrington is in a better space than Frampton as Frampton is mentally in the last fight(s) of his career and looking just to earn as much cash as possible, by contrast Warrington looks fresh and eager to prove himself. I fancy Warrington to out-hustle Frampton, I think people are wrong to think that Warrington defeated Selby solely because of Selby being weight drained but maybe i'm badly wrong. I'm pretty sure it will be a good fight regardless.
