    Since I think Donaire actually has a chance here, and I want to see Tete-Narvaez as well, that one. I don't give Lo Greco much of a chance and watching Khan bores the hell out of me, easy pick for me.

    Frampton vs Donaire for me. The Khan fight just seems a dead-end. Win or lose, the only significant fight remains with Brook. I cannot see any other fights with "names" that are not horrible beat-downs (a la Canelo). That is not mutual ,mind, I can see a faint hope of Brook becoming a contender again.

    For both match-ups, I think a convincing Frampton victory has potentially the biggest upside, going forward. He has to win first though, which is not a given. I have doubts stemming from his interviews last year where he said he intended to retire soon. Since leaving the McGuigans, he seems to have rescinded that sentiment but I still cannot trust him to give his all.

    To be honest the slightly shot / seemingly uncommitted nature of the fighters is part of the appeal. Between lower level operators, it would be a "race to the bottom" / "bald men fighting over a comb" type affair. As it is, it feels like a bizarrely compelling variant on a "crossroads fight"; one where both boxers are heading downwards but with a faint possibility of one making a hand-brake turn.

    I don't think many fans will be torn between the two fights. Most will probably (correctly) identify Frampton Donaire as the quality fight next weekend....and personally I expect it will indeed be a quality fight between two proven performers.

    Yeah, if the co-main in Belfast seems like it might overlap, then Khan vs. LoGreco can go **** itself, for me.

    I know you'd like it to be competitive so that it can be creditable for the Jackal, but sometimes you just have to accept that a guy you like is engaging in an unpolishable turd of a matchup (like the GGG fans have been forced to do now by Canelo, no matter what happens May 5th). Again, it would be fabulous if Nonito turns back the clock and proves me wrong...i just can't muster any realistic-feeling optimism for him, for some reason. :nusenuse:

    I expect Donaire vs Frampton to shatter Amere Khan viewing numbers and the poll says it.I think Khan is a draw because people want to see him touch the canvass again. If you want to see a fight between two champions and winners then Frampton vs Donaire and Amere Khan as a second choice when you are finished with the real main event (Frampton vs Donaire).

    In spite of the fact that Narvaez is at a staggering height and reach disadvantage, I think he's going to do much better than people think he will. Tete is probably one of the most overrated fighters in the sport today, Kinoshita was destroyed by Ancajas, went the distance with Tete, Villanueva was destroyed by Nery, went the distance with Tete, what's that leave Tete with? Paul Butler?:Lol:
