This fight (touch wood it finally happens) will tell us how good Frampton really is. I'm still not on board the "Frampton is amazing" train yet. Sure he battered Molitor but Steve was past it and it was clear he hadn't come to win, only to survive. He pretty much just let Frampton beat him up for 6 rounds. Everyone else Frampton's fought are only domestic level at best.

If he does do to Martinez what he did to Molitor then I'll be very impressed. I see him probably edging a decision though.

Frampton by stoppage. Kiko isn't all that and Frampton is improving all the time. He will set a fast pace and then start planting his feet and get Kiko out of there

Kiko is a dangerous fighter, can bang a bit so its a tricky fight for Frampton. Another impressive win for Carl and he'll be banging on the door for a title shot, he has already said he's no intention of padding his record and wants to step up sooner rather than later.

    Think Frampton does him easily.

I think Jason Booth will struggle on such short notice and get stopped early.

Think I'll head up to this. Should be a great night. Can see Frampton bringing many memorable nights of boxing back in Ireland.

Frampton to win about nine of the twelve rounds is my prediction. Think he'll fight off the back foot a la Hirales.

Hirales just had a career best win against Oscar Gonzalez btw.

Can't wait for this one- if it happens! Fancy Frampton to break him down and stop him late.

Frampton wins this, he's clearly the more skilled operator and is good enough on the inside to do a job on Kiko IMO.

Frampton late stoppage or wide points win.
