    Chisora’s prospects vs Ngannou

Dropped x2 and stopped by Haye, stopped x2 by Fury, KO’d cold by Whyte, dropped x3 by Parker

Hasn’t stopped anyone since Price 4+ years and 6 fights ago

More wars than any other active heavyweight, started to look significantly past his best in the Parker rematch 2 years and 4 wars/beatings ago, 41 year old Pulev hurt him with an uppercut in July 2022 and he looked completely finished in his war against 41 year old Washington last August

Dominated and beat down by 34 year old Fury 11 months prior to Fury winning a life and death 10 round SD against Ngannou

Will be a week away from his 40th birthday on December 23rd (2.75 years older than Ngannou, who came to combat sports 3 years later, only has 22 fights and finished most of them in the 1st round)

Exhibiting clear signs of brain damage, seems to have a subconscious death wish

Ngannou’s sparred Chisora-opponent Takam for years. Stylistically this is Foreman vs (a washed up) Frazier.

Like I said, there's a very realistic chance that NGannou never even wins a boxing fight. Hence why I said it's speculation to assume just because someone else crossed over, he would do so but better.

Yeah if you really care about who I bet on.

Nice winnable fight for Ngannou. If he wants to rematch Fury after Tyson beats Usyk I think he needs to have a win. Sanctioning bodies do whatever they want but I think there's a rule that you can't fight for a belt coming off a loss. Chisora is shot to pieces but he will test Ngannou a bit. I think Ngannou wants rounds to help him budget his stamina over the distance. Chisora has as big a name as you can ask for while offering very little risk. Ngannou is gonna get in the record books for the highest earnings over the fewest fights in boxing.

If the top fighters had the same will to fight anyone as Chisora does, boxing would be so much better. Win, lose or draw, Chisora doesn't care, he will fight anyone.

This is probably a good decision if Ngannou wants to stay in boxing. Chisora looked absolutely awful against Washington; constantly stumbling over himself. To the point I wasn't unconvinced that Washington wasn't carrying Chisora to a final bow-out win of his career.

Chisora's days as a gatekeeper to the top table are over. I really don't want to see Chisora in with any contenders. But as Ngannou is kind of a 37 year old a prospect, then why not. Easy showpiece W for Ngannou. Chisora will know the script.

I would prefer Ngannou fought Wilder or Joshua (as it would be easy work for those two), but that is just a selfish desire to see the sport regain what credibilty it lost in the Fury debacle. But Ngannou doesn't really owe boxing anything. So at 37 there is no need for him to rush into a fight with Joshua or Wilder (unless he just wants that sweet sweet Saudi money). He also has his PFL contract to consider and how what he does in boxing reflects on his general profile.

Ngannou gets a stepping stone W against Chisora? Sure, good idea.

This is a lose /lose scenario for Ngannou. Either he beats a shot fighter, looks bad against a shot fighter, or loses to a shot fighter.

He probably destroys shot Chisora, especially since Derrick likes to come close on the inside, which happens to be Ngannous's biggest strength.
But there is a chance Chisora out works him, or makes him look bad by surviving and then taking advantage of Ngannou's slow pace. The risk is greater than the reward here.

I'd pick the Chisora of a few years ago to win but not this reanimated corpse version who hurls overhands in slow motion and has taken more punishment than 100 defeated armies.

But like I said, it's only Ngannou's second fight under boxing rules so it's totally acceptable

Ngannou doesn't have the element of surprise anymore. If Belly fought him again I think he'd box his ears off

Belly needed to let his hands go, make Ngannou work at a pace and tire him out and hurt him with accumulation not the odd single shot. Ngannou was able to take those but against a harder puncher who isn't afraid to let their hands go he'll be in trouble

Thats correct and thats why the next fight will be interesting . Chisora is the guinea pig before somebody risks a more valuable boxer to try out

Ngannou says he's not interested in fighting AJ in December and that the date is too soon which presumably also will apply to fighting Chisora this year too

He says his priority is the Belly rematch and that's the only fight which interests him right now under boxing rules.

Here comes the Nganou is ducking AJ and chisora mob, or is that kind of trolling for Fury and Joshua only!?

Interesting video serge , thanks !

Now it gets strange . Its not excluded in fact ngannou looks for a 'bum' like chisora because he fears to otherwise start his boxing career with a 0-2 record .

    Hard to say

So Ngannou on the Chisora Fury merry-go-round (now a menage a trois). He'll get two Del fights and 3 Morecambe lard ass ones. Don't be shocked if it's rounded off by a Fury Del4.

Ngannou's already done better than Hardy (and Hunt and Tuivasa). SD10 loss vs Fury > dominant wins over experienced boxers Rahman Jr., Corbin and Neely or Sonny Bill Williams or Nasio.
