"Frank and Fearless" - Warren's Book

Hi Buddy.
I will be buying it, I grew up in the same part of Islington as Warren, is is only a couple of years older than me, we drank in the same pubs, went to the same clubs, his rep, if indeed he has one, was defined by his uncle Bobby Warren who was known to be involved in the cutting up of Jack Spot a notorious villain of the late 50s early 60s, so yea will prob get as a Xmas gift from one of the kids.

I’ve been listening to the audiobook version here and there over the last few weeks — would’ve got through it sooner, but I’ve got too many books on the go at the moment.

Really good listen though. Frank’s lived such a wild life — from the Lenny McLean days to the cartel stuff, Don King, the lot — that this book could easily have been split into three or four volumes. There’s so much he just skims over.

I reckon that’s part of why it took so long to come out. If he’d gone all in and really told everything, he could’ve rivalled Barbra Streisand’s audiobook in length.

Still, it’s a good stocking filler for Christmas.
