according to Jack :There is no better training than sparring. As for nutrition, it makes very little difference.
Wlad KO6. Bruno was beat any time he stepped up and faced elite fighters. His jab isn't as good as Wlads.
U guys have not answered my question Does klit take what Lewis did [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuYtIiyrqIw[/ame]
Their was a shot in that fight where Bruno hit Lennox on the side of the head and rocked him a bit. I don't think Wlad has had to shift a punch like that since Brewster sent him on *****-street. So yeah I think Wlad could have taken what Bruno gave out to Lennox apart from that punch, which I'm not sure about. I do think that Wlad would prob beat Bruno though, but Bruno is still far better than most heavyweights Wlad has faced.
Nah more like Chisoras own brand, but then again he isnt HP happy HE GLASSED ME! . . . . Dereck its a bottle of sauce . . . .. HE GLASSED ME!
Bruno was a once in a lifetime talent, his accomplishments in the ring far surpass Klitschko's. His scintillating victory over McCall and subsequent reign over the HW division is the stuff of legends.
HE GLUSSED ME!!! HE GLUSSED ME!! Brits gluss each other out lately. No need for others to glass them.
Bruno was being very effective with his stiff jab and rocking Lewis once in a while with a right hook from distance but I gat to say Wladimir just because Frank had no defense at all when pressed to the ropes. Frank just remained there and expected his opponent to get hurt in his hands b4 he got hurt in his chin, it happened with Smith, Witherspoon, twice with Tyson and with Lewis. Even if Wladimir wouldn't move straight to the kill, he would win that fight. Bruno was stiff, robotic, over-muscled and sometimes too slow to get off.
Frank was a very flawed fighter, but so is Wladimir, maybe he could get in position to land some power shots and get Wlad out of there..
