I think Bruno at his best might grind out a stoppage in 9 or 10 rounds against Nielsen, a tough fight, but he'd get Brian out of there just in time before he runs out of gas himself.
Bruno pretty easily! Despite his physical appearance, the Dane had a good engine, and a very sound chin - but not a punch that would worry Bruno. Frank's ramrod left jab would likely bust up Brian's face, forcing a stoppage in around 5 or 6 rounds.

But that’s the trouble with protected fighters. Even when they lose, they lose to the guy who beats everyone else. So they kind of get away with the judgement of having to beat live guys beforehand. It’s still hard to tell. They were both brave losers together. They both should have had more 50-50 fights.
