    I got a Bruno KO

He sticks the jab, and keeps pumping it until Briggs is hurt enough to be an easy target, Briggs's hand speed would definitely trouble Bruno, I think that if they trade both are hurt but I think Bruno had the slightly better whiskers and is the better puncher

Bruno KO in a 60/40 fight

I`d go for Briggs because he scored more against a prime Lewis compared Bruno when he met Lewis pre Steward, Lewis was in real trouble v Briggs and if Briggs came out likre that v Frank he`d outgun him.

Boxing doesn't work that way . But again as in telling you the same thing over and over is like talking to a tree.

Briggs wasn't hard to hit exciting to watch against Bruno this is a big problem.Bruno hit very hard and worked behind his pole of a jab .Shannon gets caught early and sparked out by Frank.Short explosive fight

I'm in the minority here. I like Briggs by KO. I never really thought much of Bruno.

It could go either way. If Briggs gets in Bruno’s head, he could score a quick stoppage. Or he could eat punches all night and score a late ko. Or eat a bunch of punches and lose.

It's a great fight for the first 5 rounds. Both men get rocked multiple times. They may both go down in the first half of the fight. Things slow down and get sloppy in the 2nd half. Bruno was the better boxer. Briggs has Bruno holding on at the end but Bruno wins a close decision. This fight is everything the Bruno vs. McCall fight was supposed to be and more... because neither man has a McCall like chin.

I like Briggs, mainly due to intangibles, but it would be an interesting and entertaining fight.

Briggs' work rate might be the worst in heavyweight history for a man of his, I don't know, stature!? Plus his stamina is absolutely horrendous against just about everyone he fought. I think he said he has asthma. But Bruno has soundly defeated men who would toy with Briggs. What has Briggs done to even share the same ring with Frank Bruno? Sure Bruno was lacking in areas but he lost to the best out there. Briggs never fought anyone and when he did step up he lost.

Next to David Tua, and maybe even Old Foreman, Shannon Briggs is being overrated here. What, because he gave Lennox Lewis a couple scares early? The draw to Botha? His last second miracle against Liakhovic? His 3rd round KO loss to Darroll Wilson? His 12 rounds trouncing at the hands of a carrying Vitali Klitschko?

Bruno KO7 Briggs. Maybe a Bruno by UD if Briggs plays it safe and throws 5 shots a round.

EDIT: I see I've posted the same thing in this thread a few years earlier.

This fight would be a blast while it lasted. Very close and tough fight to call but I have to go with the consistency and far superior jab of Bruno in a mid-late rounds ko.
