It really depends.. The last PPV fight that I ACTUALLY paid for was Floyd vs Hoya, and after watching that snooze fest I vowed never to pay for another. Yet, there are low profile bouts that most people have either never heard of or forgotten that had me on the edge of my seat. That's not to say that some of the elite match ups aren't exciting, but they seem to be rare by comparison. I think once guys start making millions, the tendency to take chances and risk themselves becomes less prevalent

Last PPV we had was Froch - Groves, that was money well spent...aside from the shitty finale.

One of the best 'low profile' fights i saw was Froch-Pascal, 2 relatively unknowns fighting for a vacant WBC title

I've seen more exciting matches on the lesser networks than I can even remember to be honest. One of the lower profile bouts that I was too young to see, but viewed later on in life via recording was John Locicero vs William Lee. It was a middleweight bout that occurred in the summer of 1980 and was broadcasted on ESPN. I was only 6 years old so I didn't see it until later on in the 90's, but those two guys battled it out like no fight I've ever seen.

Right..."of his size" says it all really. I have watched Wlad with my own eyes actually, I even saw his fight against Haye. Were they anywhere close to being on a par for footspeed/agility??? I don't think so. You're making out like if Wlad was scaled down he'd be bouncing about like Benny f**kin' Leonard! Turn it in......
