Buglioni has beaten journeymen. Not defeated anyone of note and never will for my money. Clearly a good ticket seller and a decent draw as mentioned above- and will be protected as much as possible, but not in a million years will he rise above domestic level.

Robinson had beaten only two guys with winning records, even they were only 1-0 and 4-1. Unbeaten yes, but his own record was misleading. He didn't have a single notable name on his cv. Buglioni is being carried because he sells tickets.

Don't get me wrong, he is an Exciting boxer as mentioned previously, and for that alone I enjoy watching him. But as another poster has already said, his defence is not quite sharp enough.

His next opponent has fought 25 times. In all those only one win over a guy with a winning record, another fight against a guy who looks okay in win-losses alone but under the surface would not be a win of note.

His opponent on 28/2 is Ivan Jukic who lost TKO 1 to Eubank Jnr in July.

Since the KO he had 2 victories in Eastern Europe with a combined record of 2-11

What are the eligibility rules for WBO European title shots?

Presumably Buglioni is eligible for a shot a Abraham because of this bauble

think this is more frank using his connections in the WBO to help his fighters out (not knocking him for this, he's been doing it for 20 odd years), and it gives them a ranking which gets them eligibility for a world title (similar with joshua and the wbc)
