"The 60-year-old insists that Chisora is only following the instructions of the BBBoC who did not ban him and told him he could get a licence from another professional body." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/boxing/18020514 Assuming that this is correct, then I can't see that the BBBofC has any real complaint. If they didn't want Chisora to fight, then they screwed up by saying such a thing and "allowing" this avenue.
"As far as my license, we will see what happens. If they think I'm just going to roll over and let that happen, then they are sorely mistaken." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/boxing/18020514
if they'd have banned him Luxembourg couldn't have licensed him as he'd be on a list of banned boxers, they tried to be clever by indefinitely banning him and delaying the appeal, so they got ****ed over, justice is served imo :deal
