I tell you what, I reckon Gavin Rees would be made for Frankie. And would make him look a million dollars!!!

well to be honest i thought it was good, but obviously kenny thought otherwise.i know kenny was improving in my gym and was giving the likes of Tony Bellew great sparring.what i mean by opinions is its between a boxer and his coach whos opinion matters not someone on the internet, wouldn't you agree?

Looks like you lads agree with me on Rees; a former 'title holder' :)rofl) and is game, would give Rees a tough 12 rounds, yet doesn't have a lot of power and is outmanouverable.

    GET IT MADE :deal

Because you get a higher class of fighter there. It's often said, but the journeymen in the States are pretty much better than our top 'domestic' fighters (though obviously we have some class talent floating around that bracket ourselves).

I'd imagine because there are that many fighters over there that you can match up a sparring partner with your next opponent.

Over here most young lads of a similar age not fighting out of the same gym are potential opponents.... maybe :think

i think the more you spar in top company the better i dont think you need to go to america for that as long as the person you spar is better than you at a certain thing you can always strive to get to that level if im sparring somebody who is faster than me i try to out speed them if hes bigger and stronger i try stay inside and push him back so there are always ways to put yourself in a tough spot you dont need the wild card gym for that if your sparring partner is bigger stronger and faster like say ryan rhodes your pretty much ****ed dont need to get on a plane to find that out!!

but you just said americans are better because they have better sparring, now you dont need to travel to america because you already have the top class sparring?:nut

Curious, thats why I asked, Ive been over there loads of times never could see it. I think its because a lot of people dont ask other gyms over here for Help, political if you like. Or they think they have a secret, they want to keep :hey. With sillybollocks Gavin, He is still in 1st gear some Fighter.
