I think I'm ok with this. Not the best apology but it's enough for me. Fighters are not politicians and don't always say the smartest things. While this was down right stupid, he's still just a fighter. While he tries to sound smarter than he really is, clearly he is not with these types of comments. I'm glad he made a quick apology but don't know if he would have if Dana hadn't chewed his arse. I'm ready to move on, bring on Carwin/Mir and lets see Mir do something he's actually really good at. :D

He probably think Lesnar got lucky the second time around too.

Lesnar beat the crap out of him and then got in his face when he was semi-conscious. Its understandable that Mir hates his ass to death.

Well, that's what happens when you talk **** after you get lucky in a fight (and Mir got lucky the first go round with Lesnar).

It was a stupid comment to make. I know Frank likes to talk smack, but I was kinda surprised he took it that far, I thought he was smarter then that.

I agree 100% While I wish the apology would have been more sincere, I'm ready to move on with it also.

If they fight a third time, it will be the first time that I've ever supported Lesnar going into a fight. Mir is a giant douchebag.

How is a better BJJ fighter catching a guy with a kneebar lucky ? Its lucky if Lesnar slipped on some water and ran into a kneebar.

What did Mir say that he is apologizing for?

I've always thought Mir is a class act, and I think he's better now than ever before. I hope he beats Lesnar when they next meet, and I have a feeling he will.

Because Mir took, like half an hour setting it up, piece by piece and at no point did Lesnar have a clue what he was working for. A rookie mistake by Lesnar. Throw in Mazzagatti's ******ed stand up after one accidental punch to the back of the head (although, considering Lesnar had to tap out TWICE because Mazzatard missed the first one, that can be chalked up to his being a horrible ref) and Mir caught some breaks in that fight.

"Lucky", in that they could probably fight 100 times again and Lesnar will never let him catch him in that that way, and then not even roll the right way to fight it off :deal

Lucky... fortunate... whatever you want to call it, Lesnar was smacking Mir down like a ***** when he got caught. Instead of calling it like it was, Mir acted like he owned Lesnar and talked like a ***** about it. You'd think after the rematch he would've learned not to **** off Brock, but apparently not.
