Frank Mir: To Be Fair For Crocop, I’m Not Training That Hard

I like Mir! But I like CroCop better. That's the only reason I'm not another person baying for his blood...

 

I just watched the video. That is one time Mir was not acting like a douche. Mir made the Cro Cop comment in response to the reporter saying Cro Cop had stated he wouldn't be in top form for their contest. Mir said it in a joking manner. I can't believe any thing about that interview offended people.

 

Yeah I hate how people take these quotes out of context just because it makes a good headline. Shame on you Steve and this isn't the first time you've done this on your website. You've lost a reader today.

 

I hear ya, I'm rooting for CroCop but Mir isn't as bad as many make him seem. He does say some douchebaggy **** sometimes like the whole "I'm not training 100%" bull**** but I think he is thinking he is being funny and I'm sure he is training 100%.

 

I have no time for Mir but his comments were clearly tongue in cheek.

 

when is this idiot going to dissapear off the face of the earth?you know i kinda felt sorry for him after he had the motorcycle accident and wanted him to come back and have that feel good story but know i hate hearing his name brought up unless its refering to the carwin or lesnar 2 fights

He shouldn't even joke about this. Why give CC his best chance of getting more confidence mentally and also CC is a dangerous striker. That should always be respected.

I hope Cro Cop's knee feels good enough that he has his confidence to throw his kicks...and he knocks Frank Mir's goddamn ****ing head off. Cro Cop needs one good final highlight reel knockout before he calls it a day. I'd love for it to be on Frank. He's been a beating wench lately, hopefully Mirko continues this trend.

 

Totally agree. But there's just natural Mir haters in the world. I hate to say this as a Mir fan, but I feel sometimes he's most dangerous coming off of a loss. Not to say its impossible for CC to win, but its not probable. CC's been flirting with retirement, I think Mir may just send him home.

 

****ing hell, just watched the video... I totally agree with the others, it's a ****ing joke, and to be honest, it was pretty funny, the interviewer even laughs a bit! Mir with a straight face: "In order to eliminate that advantage I've been at disneyland just kinda hanging out"... Take the broomstick out of your arses!
